A clear, well-lit photo where your dog's face is fully visible works best. We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC files up to 20 MB. Higher resolution photos produce better results. Avoid group shots, heavy filters, or very dark images.

Most portraits are completed within 5–7 business days. You'll receive updates as your order progresses through each stage — from design to printing to shipping.

Yes. We ship across Malta and internationally to the EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia, and more. All orders include tracked delivery. Shipping is a flat rate of €9.90 — free for digital-only orders.

Because each portrait is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds once production has started. However, if you're unhappy with the proof, contact us and we'll work to make it right. If the portrait arrives damaged, we'll replace it.

Yes — once your portrait is designed, we send you a digital proof to review before we print anything. You can view and approve your proof directly from your order page. We don't proceed to print until you're happy.

We currently offer two themes: The Admiral (naval aesthetic — regal uniform, medals, 18th-century officer portraiture) and The Centurion (classical Roman — laurel wreath, marble textures, heroic lighting). Both are available in all sizes.

Yes — just enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. The digital proof comes to your email for approval before we print or ship. You can also order a digital portrait for instant gifting.

We send you a digital proof before printing anything. If the likeness isn't right, contact us and we'll revise it. We don't proceed to print until you're satisfied.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are secure and encrypted. We do not store your card details.
